EP Finance is developed and published by EFP Publishing LLC (DBA EFP Mobile Apps) (“we,” “us,” or “our”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your data.

• No ads or tracking — We do not include advertising or third-party analytics.
• On-device storage only — All data stays locally on your Android device.
• No internet connection required — The app works completely offline.

Information We Collect

EP Finance stores the following information locally on your device only:

• Financial transactions you enter (amounts, dates, descriptions, categories)
• Account names and balances
• Budget categories and amounts
• Pay period settings
• App preferences and settings

We do not collect, transmit, or have access to any of this information. It never leaves your device unless you manually create a backup file.

How We Use Information

Your financial data is used solely to provide app functionality—displaying your transactions, calculating budgets, generating reports, and managing your accounts. All processing happens locally on your device.

Data Storage and Security

• Local Storage: All data is stored in the app's private storage on your Android device using SQLite database.
• Android Security: Your data is protected by Android's app sandboxing and your device's security features (lock screen, encryption).
• Backups: You can manually create backup files which are stored where you choose (device storage, SD card, or cloud service of your choice).
• No Cloud Sync: The app does not automatically sync or upload your data to any cloud service.

Third-Party Services

EP Finance does not use:

• Analytics services (no Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, etc.)
• Advertising networks
• Crash reporting services
• Social media integrations
• Any other third-party tracking or data collection tools

Permissions

EP Finance may request the following Android permissions:

• Storage Access: To save and restore backup files to your device or SD card.
• Notifications: To send you reminders about upcoming transactions, bills, or budget alerts. All notifications are generated locally on your device.

All permissions are used solely for their stated purpose and do not enable any data collection or transmission. You can manage these permissions in your device settings at any time.

Google Play Services

When you download EP Finance from the Google Play Store, Google collects certain information as described in the Google Privacy Policy. We do not receive any personally identifiable information from Google Play.

Data Retention and Deletion

We do not store any copies of your data—all information resides only on your Android device. To delete your data:

• Use the in-app delete or clear data functions, or
• Uninstall the app from your device (Settings > Apps > EP Finance > Uninstall), or
• Clear app data (Settings > Apps > EP Finance > Storage > Clear Data)

Children's Privacy

EP Finance is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. Since all data is stored locally on your device and we have no access to it, no data about children is transmitted to us.

International Users

EP Finance is available worldwide. All data storage and processing occurs locally on your device, regardless of your location. No data is transferred internationally because no data leaves your device.

Your Rights

Because all your data is stored locally on your device:

• You have complete control over your data at all times
• You can export your data using the backup feature
• You can delete your data at any time
• You do not need to contact us for data access, correction, or deletion

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
